Why Was My Order Cancelled?
We strive to fulfill every order as placed. However, there are instances where circumstances may lead to order cancellation. Here are some common reasons:
Loss Prevention:-
All orders undergo screening by our Loss Prevention team. Sometimes, they may reach out to you for clarification or additional information to process your order. If we are unable to obtain the necessary information, unfortunately, we must cancel the order.
- Action Required: If our Loss Prevention team contacts you regarding your order, please respond at your earliest convenience.
Short Ship:- If you receive a short ship notification, it means we had to cancel your order due to insufficient inventory. While we strive to minimize this occurrence, unforeseen events may lead to inventory shortages.
FTC Cancellation:-
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) mandates that orders must be fulfilled within a specified timeframe. If your order is delayed, you may receive an FTC notification.
