We utilize both USPS and UPS-MI services for shipping orders. While these carriers offer reliable delivery, it's important to understand how their tracking and delivery confirmation systems work.
Delivery Process:
-
USPS and UPS-MI: Some orders are shipped directly by the Postal Service, while others are handled by UPS-MI. UPS-MI involves UPS taking the package to the nearest USPS Sorting Station for final delivery by the Post Office.
-
Tracking Information: Packages shipped via USPS and UPS-MI provide only a delivery confirmation number, without detailed tracking information.
-
Acceptance Scans: Delivery confirmation includes acceptance scans when the item is handed over to the post office. If an acceptance scan doesn't appear immediately, it indicates the item is en route with no delivery attempt made yet.
What If My USPS/UPS-MI Order Doesn't Arrive?
-
Lack of Tracking: Due to the absence of detailed tracking, we're unable to provide specific information on the whereabouts of the item or a delivery date. All items should be delivered within the shipping timeframe provided at checkout. USPS shipping may take up to 10 business days.
-
Contact Customer Care: If you haven't received your order after waiting for more than 10 business days, please reach out to our Customer Care team for assistance.
Delivery Status Availability:
- Timing: Delivery status information usually becomes available only in the evening of the scheduled delivery date or attempted delivery.
Why Isn't the USPS Delivery Confirmation Showing Movement?- Delayed Information: Tracking information may not be immediately updated. Please check again later for the latest status updates.
