At Unicorn Furniture, we take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, we understand that unforeseen incidents can occur during transit. If you receive a damaged item, rest assured we're here to assist you.
For Ground Shipments (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.):
- Visible Damage: If you notice obvious signs of damage to the box upon delivery or find your item damaged or missing upon opening, please contact our Customer Care team immediately for assistance.
For Oversized Item Shipments:- Visible Damage: If you observe apparent damage to the shipping box or packaging, request the delivery driver to inspect the contents with you. If damage is confirmed, refuse the shipment and note "Refused due to damage" on the delivery receipt. Keep a copy of this receipt and promptly contact our Customer Care Team .
Damage found after delivery:
- Retain Packaging: Please keep all original packaging materials for 30 days after delivery. In the rare event that you discover damage or defects post-delivery, contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
For Mattresses:-
Immediate Inspection: Upon mattress delivery, inspect the product thoroughly before signing the shipping receipt or opening it. Full refunds for damaged or defective mattresses, mattress sets, or foundations are eligible only if the item(s) are refused at the time of delivery.

Post-Delivery Damage: If damage or defects are discovered after delivery, please notify us promptly for further assistance.
