What If I Never Receive My Order?
At unicorn Furniture, we understand the importance of receiving your order on time and intact. While we trust our logistics team and carriers to deliver your items promptly, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances can occur. Rest assured, we're here to assist you every step of the way.
While You Wait for Your Package

Tracking Information: Access real-time tracking updates for your order in your Account page. Note that USPS tracking often provides only delivery confirmation and may not show updates until the item is scanned as delivered.

Estimated Delivery Date: Your order should arrive on or before the estimated delivery date provided at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy. Occasionally, external factors beyond our control may cause delays. Keep an eye on your tracking information for the most accurate status updates.
What If My Order Shows Delivered, But I Haven't Received It?
If your order status indicates delivered but you haven't received it, follow these steps before contacting Customer Care:

Check with family members, neighbors, co-workers, building managers, or apartment offices who may have accepted your order on your behalf.

The carrier may have placed your order somewhere near your door, out of plain view. Look for your order in places such as the back door, garage, or behind bushes. Check your tracking information to see if a location was noted or a photo of the delivery location is available*.

UPS offers a service called UPS Access Point. If you were unavailable during the delivery, the driver might have taken your package to an Access Point for you to pick up. Check your tracking information to confirm the delivery location.
If it has been 48 hours since your delivery notification and you still haven't located the package, contact our Customer Care team for further assistance.
*If your item is marked as delivered and the carrier provides a delivery photo that matches the public records for the delivery address, we are unable to submit a claim with the carrier. In this situation, we recommend reaching out to your homeowners or renters’ insurance for assistance in filing a claim.
What If I Receive an Empty Package?
If you receive an empty package, we'll initiate an investigation. Please reach out to our Customer Care team for further assistance.
What If My Oversized Item Isn't Delivered?
Oversized items are shipped through freight carriers, and delivery may occur with or without an appointment or signature. If your oversized item hasn't been delivered:

Check Delivery Scan: Ensure the tracking information doesn't indicate delivery to a hub. This signifies the item is still in transit.

Consult Neighbors: In case of a delivered status, inquire with neighbors or building management who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.

Contact Delivery Hub: Reach out to the delivery hub to verify the delivery status or reschedule if needed. Contact information for the carrier will be located in your tracking information.
If your item remains undelivered, contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
