How to Return an Item
Review Our Standard Return Policy.
Initiate your return:
Returns can be initiated through our self-service system. Follow these steps:

Go to the MyAccount page and click your order number.

Select the Start Return button next to the item you want to return.

Fill out the return submission form by selecting the return reason, providing details, and choosing the return method.

Click Confirm.
Once submitted, you'll receive your return label via email.
If you prefer to use your own carrier to return the item, the return reason is not listed, or the Start Return button is unavailable, please contact Customer Care .
Package Your Return:Proper packaging is essential for a safe return:

Use a sturdy box suitable for shipping.

If possible, use the original packaging. If not, any secure and protective box will suffice.

unicornfurniture.shop cannot provide boxes for return shipments. Keep the packaging until you’re sure you won't need to return the item.
Ship Your Return:
When available, Unicorn Furniture may offer a return shipping label to return the item back to us. Alternatively, you may return the item on your own using your own carrier. Follow the steps below based on your preferred return method:
Option A: Overstock Issued Return Label

Retrieve your return label from your email.

If you chose a mobile code, show it to the UPS agent when dropping off your package. If you opted to print the label, affix it securely to the outside of the shipping box.

Write your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

Ship the item via UPS.
Option B: Return On Your Own (by authorization only)-
Write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.

Ship the item to the provided address using a reliable, traceable carrier. Ensure you obtain a tracking number for your records.

Note: Each item must be shipped individually to the provided address(es) to avoid delays in your refund.
When returning your product, we highly recommend you insure your item for full item value. Unicorn Furniture accepts no responsibility, regardless of value, for un-trackable, uninsured or under insured items. UPS, FedEx and USPS each have their own tracking and insurance policies.
