Placing Orders
Placing an order with Unicorn Furniture is easy and intuitive. Follow the steps below to place an order:

Select the item options & quantity and use the Add to Cart button to add the item to your cart.

From the Shopping Cart, select the Checkout button

The checkout page is broken down into three pages.
Page 1: Log In or enter your email address, and then enter your shipping address. You may elect to save your address to your account for future purchases.Click Continue
Page 2: Shipping- available shipping options and shipping cost will be presented. Select the shipping method and click Continue.Page 3: The payment overview will allow you to select your preferred payment method, enter your billing address, and enter any applicable discount codes. The total will display on the order summary to the left. Once you confirm that all the information is correct, select Pay Now.
Checkout Page Troubleshooting
If you encounter an error during checkout, you will be provided with an error message. Please review the error list below:
Order Cannot Be Shipped to the Selected Address
Occurs when the product that you wish to purchase cannot be shipped to the shipping location provided, or the shipping address is restricted. Common causes of this error are:

The address is restricted or undeliverable: Examples of a restricted address include international shipping addresses, or P.O. Boxes. Please enter an alternative shipping address.

Restricted item: the item cannot be shipped to the state or address. Please remove the restricted item, or enter an alternate shipping address.

Examples of restricted items include: Plumbing fixtures that do not meet the lead requirements for CA or VT, or Oversized items with an Alaska or Hawaii shipping address.

Card Declined Error
The card entered was declined. Please use an alternate payment method, or reach out to your financial institution for further details.
Valid Card Error
The number sequence of your card is incorrect. Please verify your card number and re-enter, or use an alternate payment method.
Valid Expiration Date
This error occurs for two reasons:

The expiration date entered is incorrect. Please verify your card expiration date and re-enter, or use an alternate payment method.

The expiration date occurs in the past (the card is expired). Please update your expiration date, or use an alternate payment method.
