Extended Holiday Return Policy

We're committed to ensuring your holiday season is filled with joy and peace of mind. To make your holiday shopping experience safe and convenient, we're pleased to announce our extended return policy.

This policy applies to purchases from November 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. To get a full refund, initiate a return for the item(s) within 30 days of delivery or by January 31, 2025 (whichever date is later). Returns need to be received at our warehouse within 15 days of the return initiation. All items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund. All other stipulations of our Standard Return Policy including non-returnable items, product specific returns, etc. apply.

2. Conditions for Refund: To receive a full refund, all items must be returned in their original condition. Please ensure that the products are unused and in their original packaging.

3. Standard Return Policy Stipulations: While our holiday return policy offers extended flexibility, all other stipulations outlined in our Standard Return Policy remain in effect. This includes regulations regarding non-returnable items, product-specific returns, and any other applicable terms.

Orders Placed Before November 1st, 2024: For orders placed prior to November 1st, 2024, our Standard Return Policy applies. Please refer to our website or contact our Customer Care team for further assistance.
