Can I Cancel My Order?
You have up to 60 minutes to cancel your order before it begins processing at the warehouse. If your order is eligible for cancellation, a Cancel Order button will appear in your Order History. Please note that cancellations must apply to the entire order, as individual items cannot be canceled.
Please allow up to 60 minutes to receive confirmation of your cancellation. Confirmation will be emailed once the order is successfully cancelled, and your order invoice will show Cancelled as its fulfillment status.
Once the order is accepted by the warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible. However, most items can be returned after delivery. For more details, review our Standard Return Policy.

You may request a cancellation by contacting our Customer Care department for the following reasons:

You accidentally submitted a duplicate order.

The shipping address provided is incorrect.

For oversized items: within one business day of your purchase date.

For memory foam mattresses: within one business day of your purchase date.
